brain & body boost is based off Radcliffe Road in Slaithwaite and specialises in helping children and adults with problems with emotional regulation including anxiety & anger whilst also helping with low self-esteem, insecurity, shyness, separation anxiety, difficulty interacting with peers, and problems with sensory processing [often a trigger for emotional dysregulation].
Although diagnosis is not important, I love working with both children and adults living with problems with emotional regulation including Anxiety & Anger, also Down Syndrome, Autism, ADHD, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia, Cerebral Palsy, Auditory Processing Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, and OCD.
I can also help with specific learning difficulties, concentration & attention challenges gross & fine motor skill challenges, poor coordination, fits of emotions, speech problems, and bedwetting.
brain & body boost uses drug free movement and listening therapies to help make life easier.
My motto is "everyone needs a little bit of RMTi in their lives!" and for when RMTi (Rhythmic Movement Training) needs a little help...the Safe & Sound Protocol is there to help with social engagement and give the opportunity for improved therapy outcomes, whether that be RMTi, OT, SALT etc.
Free, no obligation, 15-minute phone consultations are available - a great way to find out more.
