We offer a wide variety of yoga styles, with the assurance of consistency from our teachers regardless of your choice of practice. We believe that quality of movement on your mat is necessary for quality of movement through life, this practice is simply maintenance for the things you enjoy in the real world! We serve students not only in Slaithwaite, but the wider area of the Colne Valley, Holme Valley, Saddleworth, Huddersfield & Halifax.
As well as multiple classes daily, Om also hosts a variety of workshops including regular Sound Bath Meditations, Deep House Yoga and Pre & Post Natal Yoga.
