We had no permanent home and delivered workshops across different venues, fast forward almost 9 years and we have the most wonderful Studio location at the heart of a fantastic village community here in Slaithwaite, West Yorkshire. Our Globe team now includes regular tutors and freelance artists delivering everything from drawing and painting, printmaking and jewellery to textiles and fused glass. Plus we host a rolling programme of contemporary exhibitions. Globe Gallery is a high quality venue for exhibiting work by respected artists, including those local to the area and serves as an exhibition hub for emerging talent. We are also home to 14 residents running creative micro-businesses from the building. Proud!!!! We are excited for what our creative future holds.
