Loft Space is a group of makers, including a weaver, tailor, rug hooker, pressed flower artist, photographer, painters and textile artists.
We have been in Britannia Mills for about seven years and enjoy being part of the creative community in Slaithwaite. We work and sell from our open plan studios, covering two floors above The Antiques Warehouse.
Ruth runs a spinning group on Wednesday evenings 7-9pm, open to all, any level.
Social craft day is Thursday 10.30-4.00, open to anyone to bring their own projects.
We have Open Studios once a month when we welcome people to come and see what we do, and view our work for sale. These are the first Saturday, from March 2026. Dates and details of activities will be on our Facebook page.
