It’s a brand new project to get communities together, with the help of volunteers we will be running gardening days, conservation days, arts, photography, walking and cycling activities.
These will take place from our Experience Community office in the basement of Slaithwaite Civic Hall, New Street, along the canal and at Standedge Tunnel woods to help connect people from our community, reducing social isolation, loneliness and helping people help themselves.
These activities will be open to everyone from local communities including disabled people.
